About

SiteBenefits Inc. (formally Hallbrand Inc.) was formed in 1995 after the principal successfully completed the product management of Version 1 & 2 of Corel CD Creator. With a keen interest in emerging internet technologies, SiteBenefits designed and built an online customer access system using web technologies. In 1998, as XML technology was being adopted by large Enterprise customers, SiteBenefits built a business to business link for an insurance organization to purchase credit data in real time from Dun & Bradstreet. SiteBenefits also built an asynchronous messaging system using Message Oriented Middleware, which became integrated into all lines of business at an insurance organization. During the first 3 years of the millennium, SiteBenefits provided Technical Architecture services for a $39 million insurance system.

In 2004, SiteBenefits began the design of a scheduling solution for Small Businesses. Using the Application Services Providers (ASP) model, the final solution provides online guest scheduling for a low monthly fee. All of the strengths and discipline of a large enterprise solution have been applied to the solution that is now available to the restaurant industry.
